Johann evanno
P&G, Unilever, Logitech alumnus
Johann is an experienced business leader and brand builder, whose strategic thinking, discipline and leadership skills have been instrumental in keeping many complex projects and large teams moving forward in perfect sync, to successful completion.
​
Johann spent 12 years at Procter & Gamble, where he met Michel. In his time there, he worked on diverse categories and channels (Retail, Etail, Pharmacy, B2B and B2C), both in regional and global roles as Brand Manager / Director, and Business / Commercial Leader. Among his many high-profile achievements, he led P&G's entry into a new category, a highly successful project that established his name among his peers.
While at P&G, Johann also led a team of in-store communication experts for 5 years, evaluating thousands of in-store claims across all categories – and training the P&G Marketing community on how to create strong in-store communication.
He subsequently moved into the Tech industry by joining Logitech - the world leader in computer peripherals, where he was appointed Global Marketing Director for the Music / Streamers & Creators category for 5 years. In that role, he developed a strong expertise in e-Commerce, Digital and Influencer Marketing, working with Content Creators at the forefront of innovation in this fast-developing field.

Michel jouveaux
P&G alumnus & top trainer, SoundAdvice founder
Michel is a seasoned Marketing expert and top-rated trainer, as passionate about brands as he is about music (he is also a lead singer, arranger & synth programmer) & pop culture.

A Political Sciences and Paris Business School graduate, Michel learnt his brand building chops during 18 years of highly successful experience at Procter & Gamble. As a business leader, then a member of the company’s select group of senior in-house advertising experts, he helped brief, inspire, optimize and qualify literally hundreds of commercials across a dozen categories, from fragrances to detergents, from Always to Gillette - and built a reputation as one of P&G’s very best brand building experts & trainers.
As a freelancer since his departure from P&G in 2014, he has been a highly in-demand consultant and team trainer, step-changing equity strength & brand team performance for a wide & diverse range of clients; from large multi-national corporations (J&J, Sanofi, Coty, Carlson, Nestlé, O2, KFC, Sunstar...) to smaller-but-fast-growing brands & companies (L'Occitane, Starwax, Get Your Guide, Amer Sports...). In the process, he has built a name for himself as one of the sharpest & most effective advisors around.

He splits his professional time between his clients (most of whom he has developed a long standing relationship with) and SoundAdvice, his music-for-brands company; as well as the rock bands and projects he performs in.
